Service Description

This is the last live in-depth workshop (for at least two years)! I'm shifting my focus to other priorities (CNM prerequisites!) and won't be repeating this workshop anytime soon. If you've been wanting to come to a Birth Words in-depth workshop, now's your chance! A full-day workshop for you to gain an understanding in basic linguistic concepts and theories and their application to the perinatal period. We'll reflect on the language we use and learn, discuss, and practice using intentionally empowering language for a better birth. This workshop is for ALL birthworkers! Earn 8 ICEA contact hours (CEUs)! Includes 100+ page beautiful color manual for you to read along, document your learning, and take home! Tuition assistance and trades are available. All registration fees are non-refundable. If a scheduling conflict arises or you're called a birth, I'm more than happy to transfer your registration to the online in-depth workshop.
